This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Arcair collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you purchase a product or service.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

When you request a quotation for our products, we will collect your name, email address, phone number/whatsapp/ wechat and product details so that we can send you an accurate quotation for the products you inquire about.
We may also put your personal data into aggregated and anonymized form. Once anonymized, that data is no longer your personal data. However, if we combine or connect that anonymized, aggregated data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
3.2 Special categories of personal data
Certain categories of personal data, such as details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data, is special categories of data requiring additional protection under applicable data protection laws and is referred to here as “Special Categories of Personal Data”. We do not, via the website, collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

8.International Transfer of Data
We collect the personal data covered by this Policy directly through our website and transmit it to our affiliates in China. As a result, where you are located in the EEA, the collection of your personal data through our website involves a transfer of your personal data to China. Personal data collected and processed for quotation purposes, including your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp/WeChat contact details and relevant product details, will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your quotation request and manage related follow-up communications, and for 3 years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
10.Your legal rights
10.1 Under certain circumstances, you have rights under applicable data protection laws in relation to your personal data to:
(a) Request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
